    This has been suggested, the L/H have no interest in purchasing/even for free!. The ground rent is practically worthless, problem remains that urgent work is required and executor is receiving threatening solicitor letters which will have to be disclosed at auction. I don't think anyone would want to take this F/H property on, with all it's current issues.
