THE ORGANISER

2. The competition starts on 15th December 2016 and ends at 9pm on 15th March 2017
3. One winner will be chosen by random selection using a random number generator from all valid entries within 14 days of the competition closing date.
4. icelolly.com will not sell or share your data with any other company. However for the prize winner only, we may pass your details on to our preferred holiday provider for the purposes of facilitating the prize on our behalf.
5. The prize winner will be responsible for for ensuring that they have read, understood and accepted the privacy policy and terms and conditions of the airline and accommodation provider, and hereby confirm that they consent to a transfer of their information to said airline to the extent necessary for the fulfilment and delivery of the prize.
6. By entering the competition, the winner accepts full and complete responsibility for their own safety and welfare at all times.

ENTRY CRITERIA

1. Entry into the prize draw will be deemed acceptance of these rules and separate instructions for entry will form part of the rules.
2. In order to enter the competition prize draw, entrants must subscribe to receive icelolly.com emails. Current subscribers who open an icelolly email during the competition dates will be automatically entered.
3. The above icelolly.com email subscribers must be a UK resident aged 18 and over as of or before the time of entering, who hold a valid British Passport, with the exception of employees and partners of icelolly.com or any other person connected to this competition promotion.
4. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Use of a false name or email address will disquality the selected entrant from receiving any prize.
5. Icelolly.com reserves the right to ask any potential winner for documented proof of name and passport status.
6. No cash alternative will be available and all promotion prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable.

THE PRIZE
The holiday prize give away consists of the following; return economy class flights from a UK airport of the prize-winners choice to Majorca (subject to availability), 7 nights’ accommodation in a 4 Star rating hotel on an all-inclusive basis and return overseas transfers. Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing a twin or double room.
The holiday prize excludes;

• Any departure and/or arrival taxes, this is to be paid by the winner.
• Ground transfers to and from the UK airport are not included.
• Excursions, attractions, treatments and car hire.
• Travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses.
• Visas and vaccinations
• Other terms and Conditions:

From the date of being awarded the prize, the featured holiday has a 12-month completion window, however the holiday must be booked within the first consecutive 3 months or the prize will be withdrawn.
Departures to include summer 2017 (April to October), however will exclude UK bank holidays and summer school holidays.
It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport, travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visa for their trip.
The prize-winner must be a UK resident and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the holiday prize winner.
All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
The winner and their guest may be required to participate in publicity including being featured in icelolly.com social media.
