5. A winner will be chosen at random from all of the correct entries, once the online entry has closed on the date stated above. The winner will be informed by telephone on Friday 23rd December. The winner then has 48 hours from the date and time of the phone call to respond and claim the prize.

7. Prize draw open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Brighton i360 Ltd, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

9. Prize is four adult (aged 18 or over) places for the British Airways i360 New Year’s Eve Party, includes welcome drinks, five-course meal, flight on the British Airways i360 pod, and a glass of sparkling wine at the Nyetimber Sky Bar during that flight.
10. Any other incidental expenses relating to the prizes are not included in the above prizes and must be paid for by each winner, where relevant, including additional drinks or food, travel, accommodation, insurance (if necessary).
11. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s), or special offer(s), by British Airways i360 or jointly with any other organisation, bonus, awards or certificate.
12. British Airways i360 does not accept any responsibility in the event that any prize winner is unable to claim their prize within the claim period.
13. All prizes are non-changeable and non-transferable. No cash or credit alternatives are offered for any prize.
14. Winners may be required to take part in unpaid publicity.
15. British Airways i360 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion and any prize issued for any reason. Except as otherwise expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions, British Airways i360, and its affiliates shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of their respective obligations that are caused by events outside of their reasonable control.
