In these terms and conditions:
“Promotion” means the ‘Win
a Family Holiday to Mexico”

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any

, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions
are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering th

participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions
and to their details being communicated to third parties including but not limited to the
Promoter’s agency in relation to this promotion. Please retain

: This Promotion is open to UK & ROI
residents aged 18 or over, excluding
employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, their agents or anyone
professionally associated with this Promotion.

: To submit an entry, entrants simply fill in the online entry form with

ift Card to the value of £4500, to cover a family
holiday to Mexico.
The Gift Card will be sent by post to the winner within 28 days
and must be redeemed within 18 months from the date of issue. Although the Gift
Card must be redeemed within 18 months, the date of trav
el can be outside of this
period. To redeem the Gift Card, simply telephone the travel team on 0845 077
4444. Access to over 200 tour operators via a dedicated call centre, full customer
service and fully Atol bonded. Please note that Love2Shop Holiday G
ift Cards cannot
be used directly with tour operators and some products may carry booking fees. The
prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative.

Winner Selection

Only one entry per person is allowed. Anyone attempting to circumvent this
condition by using alternative details will be disqu

No bulk, third party or organised group entri
es will be accepted. Incomplete or
corrupted entries or entries that are not in accordance with entry instructions will
not be accepted.

No responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost or corru
pted as a result of any
network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

The Promoter will not be liable for non

delivery of prizes caused by the provision of
incorrect information provided by the entrant, postal disputes or other causes
beyond

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or
otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error

this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion
or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize
the effect to pa
rticipants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Entrants agree that the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and
employees, and any other sponsors, advertisers and promotional agencies shall have
no liability, except to the extent
that it is not permissible by law to exclude liability
(such as liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence or breach of
contract), in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes which are
awarded.

The Promotion and these
terms and conditions are governed by English law and
each entrant hereby irrecoverably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
or England and Wales.

Thanks, nothing showed up in the search, please don't merge as it's not really an advent. I received it in an email & it didn't mention advents & has full terms & conditions & runs for a specified period not just one day like advent comps do. Also lots of people will miss out if merged as we don't all do all the advents.

Sorry I can't, that's how it came out when I C&Pd it so best to just click on the T&Cs yourself to read it

FYI you can edit T&C when they c&p like that. You just need to edit it after pasting. It can be easier to do that in work then c&p again into the post.
