Fair Rent from the Rent Service

I live in a regulated tenancy.
My rent is set by the Rent Service.
I’m due for a new registration of my rent.
Does any one have any suggestions as to how to present my case to the Rent Service for a low or no increase?
There is the obvious action of looking at registrations that are local to my street or area.
