Roof Advice - Prospective Purchase

Hi All
I am looking at buying a house & been out to it twice to view, but can't get over the roof, It looks very messy with patches, damaged flashing & a not entirely convincing Dormer.
I'm trying to get a roofer round to have a look at it, but have always had an honest opinion from members on here, What do you guys think, does it look like it needs replacing?
It doesn't look entirely straight in the mid section?
Its 40yrs old, Inside the roof void I can get to it has some staining, but this could be historic.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts
Cheers

Your picture dont really give much detail but from what i can see
split to lead flashing
lead flashing dips back towards dormer window this should have a timber fillet to stop this
purlin support
staining to internal could be flashing to dormer or ridgeif you think peoples advice is helpfull please take the time to clicking the thank you button it gives great satisfaction0 -

Ask for a £7k price reduction to get the roof re-done, if not dont buy it , the ball is well in your court:)0
