Paypal money held, how to get it?

How do I get my money released from Paypal? I posted a parcel, it 'didn't arrive', buyer opened a case and asked me to send more. Uploaded tracking on second parcel, shows as delivered and signed for but they haven't closed the case to release the money back to me. How can I get it closed?

Did the buyer leave feedback? You maybe on an automatic 28 day time period before your funds are released. What sort of item? High risk electrical like a phone?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0

Right two things, firstly- did the 2nd parcel go within 7 day of the original payment? Seller protection, if paypal notice (which I suspect they won't unless you are dealing with a scammer who points it out to them) only applies if you have tracking that shows item was posted within 7 days. Yes it is a silly requirement when you are sending a replacement, and a definite loophole- but it is worth remembering if a buyer asks for a replacement.
Secondly , phone paypal- they are surprisingly helpful by phone. Forget the dispatch time I have mentioned above and just tell them that you have an INR case and can prove delivery and have uploaded Proof of delivery and ask them to close the case and release the funds.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I agree with giving paypal a call,. they're usually pretty helpful and might even release the money there and then.0
