PCN at Windsor Castle Car Park

Received a PCN for being late by 10 mins. £60 in 14 days or £100 after.
When i bought the parking ticket, i noticed it had the wrong time on it by 7 minutes (printed is 14:04, my watch said 14:11). I pointed this out to the warden who gave the ticket (yes, we saw him taking pictures as we were coming back and indeed shouted at him from the other side of the car park not to issue the ticket, but he did so anyway). He said we had 5 mins grace period which would mean we were ok and said we should appeal.
Unfortunately, i did not read the forum here and did appeal, stating that i was the registered keeper and driver of the car. The appeal was dismissed.
Is there anything that can be done now to avoid paying this charge?
Many thanks in advance.

Btw, it's UK Parking Ltd that issued the PCN. I have only appealed to them, not to IPC.0

This is what the NEWBIES FAQS sticky thread tells you to do instead of trying IAS.
And it matches the advice in the BMPA link (charity private parking advice website) gives too.
Sit tight, ignore the debt demands. Come back if you get a court claim to defend. Can be defended, keep all letters for 6 years.
DO NOT PAY FOR AN EASY LIFE, THAT WOULD BE SPONSORING THE DESPICABLE INDUSTRY AND FUNDING THE NEXT FAKE PCNS AGAINST POOR VICTIMS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes, Coupon-mad, this is indeed them:

I notice they took 28 cases to court this year out of 1158 (jan to sept).
I'm kinda revved up to take them on in court if they want.0 -
I would go back and film the proof that the machine is wrong with a correct time - maybe film the correct GMT time as shown on t'internet on someone else's phone, held right next to the P&D machine. Scan from one to the other then to your (correct) watch as well, to prove the difference in time.
This sort of evidence can be a silver bullet in a hearing and impossible for them to explain. I would do that soon and keep it as evidence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I stated the discrepancy in time in the appeal, however they did not specifically address that, just fobbed me off with (what i suspect) a standard reply. In other words, they did not check on it or refute it. Surely this is a good defence at court?0

Only if you prove it at a hearing, with evidence. Not just state it.
No good having a 'he said, she said' hearsay argument in front of a Judge (who might be swayed by a legal rep, over you) when a very simple video could be your trump card.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
