I'll keep it brief (ish).............. Feb 2014 - Parking offence, caught on camera entering car park and leaving 15 mins later (blissfully unaware of this). Never received any charge notices. Sept 2014 - Moved house and notified DVLA to change address on Reg Doc for vehicle in question. DVLA sent new Reg Doc in Oct 14.…

I also think the OP needs to contact the court as well , if this case happened in november , and ask for the address they issued papers to , just wondering now if excel/bw actually had the correct address from the DVLA (as of feb 14)
