Hi guys was hoping to get your opinions on this.

Driver was parked outside a friends house and there are private parking bays,Driver didn't park in one of these but parked on the road near where the parking bays are The driver thought this was aloud but received a PCN.

here are some photos of the signs there and where the driver parked -

Do you think the signage is clear? would this be evidence in court?
I am the registered keeper of the car but wasn't driving, could i still use this to my advantage of do the have the right to prosecute the register keeper?

I may have left it abit late, as i ignored all there letters and im not sure if i have a court summons letter or a LBC and am writing my defence

Amend your post to remove the information about who did what. Parking scumpanies read these fora. Refer only to The Driver.

What is the name of the PPC?

Have you read the Sticky thread for NEWBES. Most if not all your questions are already answered there.

There are two trade associations, so the advice will differ depending on which company and ATA.

Signage is one of many (second stage) appeal points, but you need to read the NEWBIES to determine how to make the initial appeal, and when.

Remove the pic and redact the VRNs, then repost.
