My preference would be John Lewis.
You can actually see what you are buying in one of their shops. They have good customer service and are a UK company owned by their staff.0 -
John Lewis every time0

Amazon does have good customer service too. I prefer Amazon, simply as I use them more than a fair bit and in 5 years have had no issues. Well no I did with a manufacturer and Amazon stepped straight in a refunded me money and included 3 months prime for free.0

John Lewis will give you a two year guarantee.0

Do they actually have the one you want in stock? When I looked after reading your previous thread they only had 3 models and only 2 of them were in stock. If they do have it then yes, JL every time.0
