Cats pooping - do ultrasonic repellers work? What about male urine?

You can get a citrus-based repellent. IIRC, it's sort of jelly-like crystals. They do dissolve eventually when it's wet, but they last a while, maybe a week or two, and you don't need much. I actually think they're quite pretty!
If you use fine netting in a similar colour to the ground (grey/black if you have stones down?), I doubt most people would even notice it.0 -
I'm also wondering how the austrailians manage to ban cats trespassing. Are they all indoor cats there?

Would upgrading your gravel to a bigger size be an option?0

Yes, although not all the cats are the 'dig and bury' type. There's one that doesn't even attempt it and another that just makes a sort of gesture towards burying it before walking off.
The others do bury, and I find the piles each morning. The gravel I've got was the biggest one they had at the time. Any larger couldn't really be classed as 'gravel', more like rocks.
I'll check some suppliers for larger stones. It should help to at least reduce the amount of cats.0
