Filling Bitumen/asphalt flooring

Hi all,

I am getting some vinyl flooring laid onto a bitumen/asphalt floor (not sure what it's actually called). I have a few shallow dents in the floor and am wondering, is it possible to just use some polyfilla to level it out?

Thanks in advance.

polyfilla will crack away, use sand cement mortar (bricklaying mortar) cheapest opion, or latex level and fill (more expensive but better).

  • I think to get more clear overview you can contact asphalt contractors who can suggest you correct option. I have found this website [ramasphaltny.com], you can visit this for help. I hope it might help you.
