FIXED NOW! Mobymemory almost deliberately winding me up!!!

I ordered some hard drives from mobymemory on next day delivery last Thursday 8th Dec 16, I got an order acknowledgement but then no dispatch note. Nothing delivered on Friday or over the weekend. So on Monday 12th Dec 16 I chased it up. I discovered that they never ever answer the phone (even ever after I have called several times a day since monday between 10-3pm).
SO I had to email via the online form. They replied after a few hrs that one item was out of stock did I want another item - which was poorly defined.
I asked for clarification of the what replacement item was, they sent a link to the manufacturers website (with about 50thousand products listed...) Anyway I replied with my own clarification of what I thought it might be and that it was acceptable. Nothing, not a word from them, no dispatch note and nothing delivered.
Today I replied to the customer services email address again, twice. Got nothing.
However I found that they have a trustpilot review status. So I left this review : I cant post a link , newbie rules, its on uk.trustpilot you have to add the com and then this bit at the end:

You will note that it has been reported so you cannot see it. The contents of the review and mobys replies are below.
What is making me so angry is that they won't answer the phone or even reply, but seem to have the time to police bad reviews on trustpilot, and reply within a few minutes of my leaving the review.
Grrr. anyway I have been onto my credit card company and they can launch a section 75 dispute which will get my money back. I am going to order elsewhere and remember to never ever shop at mobymemory again.
(or place any trust in trustpilot, what an utter scam they are)

Very poor communications, I am not even convinced they are trading anymore.
I ordered on thursday the 8th, paid for next day service, nothing arrived, no communications nothing. So I hassled on monday, some stuff out of stock, they offered me a replacement, but seemed to be at a loss to define what the replacement exactly was. I sent reply on monday and have heard nothing since. Fed up now.
Oh and they never ever answer the phone. You can get the same stuff from ebuyer or elsewhere for the same money.
EDIT ? How do I reply? PS I have emailed you today it is probably a little stupid from the security point of view to share my order number here right?
EDIT 2. How come you reply to this pretty quick but haven't replied to my email on monday or my email of earlier today?
EDIT three and now they have asked for the review to be removed, saying they have replied.. I have had no reply.
EDIT 4 They say the CRM system shows a reply, but they complain there has been no order number forthcoming, how do they know it is me and they have replied without an order number?

Hi there,
This review is incorrect as we have checked and all email on our CRM system has been replied. We have requested for a order reference number and it has not been provided. Our competitor name was mentioned in this review which we feel is more like a promotion. Please kindly remove this review.

I can't really explain why, but the fact that they mentioned their CRM fills me with a bit of confidence that they did send you an email reply (unless their CRM was broke in any way). Just seems to be too specific to mention a CRM..
So I'd be looking at your email service provider as well.... Junk mail? Spam folder? Automatically deleted?
Don't 100% believe that they were conning you, probably just a bad service. You should be fine with the CC Company.
As for trustpilot, as they said you mentioned a rival so that's why it was removedRead trustpilot's conditions next time
Good luck getting your refund.0 -
I can log into my account and click on my ticket. No replies since the last one I received on monday, so the CRM explanation is rubbish IMHO.
Cheers for your sympathy.0 -
Also they say they asked for an order no- who honestly would post an order no on a public website? Isn't that just inviting fraud?0

Also - the rules are "promotes links to other website" I didn't put a link, merely mentioned another retailer. Who even reads T&C's do you, honestly? Thanks for that piece of helpful advice/victim blaming.0

All fixed now, after 5 days of calling on the only listed phone line somebody answered, turned out to be one of the companies owners, he moved mountains to get my stuff to me, arrived this morning. I also got a personal apology from the manager of customer services. System glitch kept suppressing my messages and my order. Anyone can make a mistake, it is how they are put right that makes me happy.0
