Been turned down for PCDL but credit report fine, help!

I am a part time post grad student and I've been really struggling with money as I had an agency job which gave me very few hours and then a Christmas temp job in Tesco where the overtime hours keep being cancelled. So I applied for a PCDL and was turned down.

I have a personal loan and a credit card, the loan is up to date but the credit card is not, although the one missing payment on that isn't showing on my credit report as of today. The only thing I can think it is is that I haven't yet updated my address on the credit card as my post was being forwarded.

How likely am I to win an appeal? I am struggling to pay my rent and had to visit a food bank last week as I am just not making enough money through working.
