Hi, I feel as I have received a fake county court judgement. I haven't been to court and there was no date or time to attend any court in my area. They are threatening 'bailiffs' even though the letters are addressed to the wrong name. Surely they haven't got a leg to stand on. Just need some advice if possible, thank you.

£175. £75 of that is court fees which confused me as I haven't been to court.0 -

No I've had no contact with them, as the County Court judgement was issued with the incorrect name. Plus there was not a section to fill in a local court area. This is why I feel they are just trying to scare me rather than it being legitimate. So was just wondering where I stood when they have sent out a county court judgement with a name which is incorrect. It's a totally different surname.0

No no. They have made the !!!! up. They've been sending me letters under the correct name from the company but the county court have issued me one with a completely different surname. Its their mistake. So surely they haven't got a leg to stand on?0

the court papers will have been issued under the name provided by the parking co , which in turn would have been suplied by the DVLA
perhaps you should ring the court , give them the case number and ask for info
are you saying you failed to fill in court paperwork sent to you because the name was wring , or did you fill in the paperwork CORRECTLYSave a Rachael

They must have typed my surname incorrectly. I did not reply to the court papers because it is not my name.0

It just shows how unprofessional these people are if they can not even get my surname correct.0

even tho you knew the company name on court paper was one that had sent you a letter before claim
as the judgement you have recieved is in another name , send it back "not known at this address" and smile ,,,
