Fighting my PCN from parking control management

Today i received the court papers! didnt even get a reply from gladstones regarding my LBC reply. That will look good on me i suppose?
I'm currently preparing my defence - is it okay to use points from other peoples defence? as well as my own of course, i know every case is different.
I'm not particularly good at knowing what to write though, so if anyone could help me word the following points id really appreciate it.
So firstly, the road i was parked on had absolutely no road markings. there were no signs on the side of the road that i parked on and i had complete permission from the tenant to be parked where i was. My reasoning for parking there was to deliver a large electrical item to my partners home and i didnt want to park in any of the residential bays because they were not my spaces to park in.
There are visitors bays on the site, but we later found out that it is impossible to get permits to park here unless you apply in september.
With regards to the signage, the signs that Infernouk posted in his thread are exactly the same as the ones on my site. I did take pictures of these and where they are positioned on the road.
When i came back out to my car i found the invoice (at around 11:30am)
The ONLY thing i can think of that might be bad is that my car was parked ever so slightly on the kerb. I did this so not to impede traffic and to make it easier to retrieve the electrical item. I did, however, make sure that there was space for a buggy + 1 to pass (i have pictures of this too).
I cant really think of what other details might be helpful. I'm going to take a look at a few more defences this afternoon and see what i can come up with.0 -

For robo-claims like these from Gladstones, at this stage it is often just a matter of a defence that ticks the boxes to give you something to build on, at evidence and Witness Statement stage (in the weeks before the hearing).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
