Thank you i am on the mend slowly, i don't think i have dealt with a few things well from earlier in the year.
I do need a few days off work as work has pushed me over. Luckily i have an awesome friend circle.
Re me today i have also trained a canny bit too. 16miles done on the bike i stopped at 8miles and locked the bike up then did a 2 mile run then rid back, my kinesis frame is coming soon. My focus it trying to stay well fit then hopefully mentally once this stuff kicks in my mood will improve.
Survey wise and money wise all is good, paid at the weekend and i have have done quite a few qmee surveys. I have 2.50 on route from opinion outpost and i have brought in a fiver from qmee easily.
Shoppix and receipt hog are slowly getting there too.0 -

Glad to hear you're getting some support from the docs Scott - I hope the meds kick in and help soon. You're doing the right thing taking some time off work and getting into the counselling, it's worth getting these things ironed out before they fester and become worse. You're doing great!Sealed Pot Challenge 075

Hi Scott, I've just spend the last hour or so (sshhhh don't tell my boss) reading your diary - wow, you've been through a lot the last few years. Debt wise it sounds like you're doing really well!! I'm pleased to hear the Dr has referred you for counselling and signed you off again - I hope you manage to get some down time doing things you enjoy.
I'm now going to spend the afternoon looking at survey websites like Qmee, at the moment I only do ShopandScan at home but get about £10 a month including their TV monitoring
Good luck and I will follow with interest....0
