I went on the back of a jetski in Greece in June and I am not going to lie....................I hated every minute
Haha my son was like that on the back with me, then the next day he went on one himself and i then couldn't get him off the bloody things lol it cost me an utter fortune.
Well my update for today i am back to work tomorrow big big booooooooooooooooo, money wise my bank account is on its proverbial backside. Money wise i will be okay i have cash due in from surveys so i am not walking to work and its payday on Thursday.
I am waiting for 2 payments in from surveys 5 quid and some change from Prolific and 2.50 from opinion outpost.0 -

I have being okay yeah, just getting on with work and keep my head down with everything. Me and H are no more which is a shame. I am being working 5 night shifts on 2 off which is hard as i have extra days too make up. During the course of the year i have to work 13 extra days everyone does on my shift pattern, so far i have done 3. 3 are booked in for September.
Survey wise everything is ticking over i will update my signature in a tick0 -
Working the extra days sounds extremely hard , I know I couldn't do nights . Sorry to hear about H , there is someone out there for you somewhere you just have to find each other.
Survey money looking good , I haven't done any in a while . Been to busy with grandchildren! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
Everyone says that regarding nights but it is not that bad once your body adapts too it. I am rigid in training which compliments a lack of either sleep or lack of day light ie my days off i overdose on being outside.
Re me there is nothing new. Me and H split due to well i couldn't handle her being a major introvert who thought it was fine to not message for days and days at a time. We went out a few times but it didn't feel right.
Work wise everything is fine nothing new to report.
Survey wise i have just dropped £2.50 from opinion outpost. I also have just sorted a new life insurance policy with Beagle Street via top cashback thats 50quid when that cashback drops. I have also had 35quid go from pending to confirmed for a car insurance policy i sorted for a mate, 15quid goes to me lol.
Bank of me is fine too, i am just waiting on a few refunds for stuff i bought that did not fit, i ordered three new pairs of inov8s one of the three didnt fit the other was uncomfortable as hell walk in never mind run in.0 -
Hi my update is a favor from our posters if thats possible.
I cant remember if i posted this but i lost my best mate last year, my mate had being suffering with issues regarding his mental health for years. Sadly last September he got to the tipping point and took his own life.
I decided with a bit work persuading/ and from friends to do something to try and give something back, the net result is in October i am doing the Kielder Half Marathon for charity. I have picked the following charity as i know my mate used these.
(I do have a just giving link here drop me a pm for details)

Hi Scott, what a lovely thing you're doing in memory of your friend. I hope it all goes well!
Just wanted to let you know that what I assume is your full name appears on the just giving link (it might not be) but just in case you were trying to be under the radar on here, it could open you up online.
Shame about you and H but sounds like it's the right thing. If it's not working for you a few dates in, it's not going to work long term. Onwards and upwards!
You're going great guns on the TCB and surveys these days - long may it continue!Sealed Pot Challenge 075
Pay off by Xmas 2019 #02 - target £10,0000 -
Hmmmmmm good point i have tweaked it lol
If anyone is interested in donating drop me a pm.
Yeah re my mate he had struggled for a long long time with mental health issues, i had seen him the week before he did it and he seemed fine. I think he had picked his time, when i left his i said what i always did "if you need me you know where i am day or night." It didn't stop him, i wish he had struck out as i was near where he lived all the time ie my gym is 5 mins away.
Male suicide is awful the stats on it are absolutely horrendous.
Most definetly Homegrown re the surveys it has being quite steady an extra 10-15quid each coming in does help.0 -
Pm sent to you.
