  • Yeah its healed no problems I went running on it on sunday and Monday which I am paying for now. 3.5 miles on sunday, 6.8miles Monday now I am walking like John Wayne and making horrible old man noises when I stand up

    Owwwwwww lol

Re surveys i am wishing money would hurry up, i am waiting on one polls 40quid i may see that before i am 40 lol

I am waiting or getting close to pay out on two sites, 4600 on yougov now, power of opinions i need one more 15point survey then kerching.

Others i am nowhere near, i have dropped a few small bits of cashback this week, i am waiting on 12.12 hitting payable on topcashback my sons giff gaff sim was an unexpected arrival in confirmed. It went straight into confirmed so hopefully that will hit soon. I have about another 120 in unconfirmed.

I am also waiting on a 5quid payout from Virgin East Coast as they !!!!!!ed up a delay repay amount ie they paid too little. Nice try Virgin your quite happy to charge the earth i can see why you lost the franchise.

I am trying to stay positive as my bank balance is ridiculously low.

Hi Scott - catching up with your goings on. The leg sounded painful - ouch! Try not to overwork it though with all that running. These things take time to heal.

Your meal prepping sounds awesome though! Won't be too long now before your OH is back - you sound like you're missing her.

Are you still on track this month to pay off Evans?

Thanks for popping in Seasidegal I will have a look at your diary later, too answer your questions yes and yes and no lol

I miss my oh like crazy I know sickbags on standby lol I am sitting watching the Newcastle airport arrivals thing online, I wont see her till tomorrow as I am on shift tonight.

Re food its a case of needs must I am on a very very strict diet and I pay a diet guru whose a competitive bodybuilder. I eat basically the following see below, so yeah my meals are the same almost all the time, Saturday is the only day I can cheat and do a carb refeed. Bulk prepping it is the only way to do it cheaply I usually buy about 10kg chicken and 5kg sweet potato and cook loads of meals at the same time.

    Meal 1
50grams porridge oats, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 table spoon of peanut butter or cashew butter.

    Meal 2
200grams of chicken, 50grams sweet potato, spinach and kale and pineapple pieces

Meal 3 as meal 2 but with walnut oil and 25g cashew nuts

Meal 4 meat source is 150g mince or steak or beef skirt no walnut oil or cashews, 50g brown rice

Meal 5 a calcium caseinate protein shake with skimmed milk.

Saturday I can eat what I like and drink what I like. But sunday I am straight back on it, Saturdays are utter heaven. I do similar to that 5-2 diet but its a maintain then refeed diet, I have to weightmyself every sunday morning and Monday Saturday morning to see I am losing. I tend to as an example pyramid in weight ie slowly dropping bf through the week then I go up 1-3 kg on a Saturday but I am always lighter or leaner than the week previous. I have gone from 235lbs to 219 bodyfat was 20 its now nearer 12 and no I am not putting pics up lol

re Jacobs sadly no I am paying them a small amount each month reason being is they have added 300 quid in there own fees. I have checked if this is okay/legal etc and I am well within my rights to do what i am doing. I will keep paying them then eventually the debt will return to the council, once this occurs I can request the council removes Jacobs fees. I have spoken with Dad and he has offered to lend me the money but I am not paying there fees.

Haha re training I never take it easy it is not my way, if I am not running silly distances or chucking heavy stuff around in the gym I am not happy. Pre !!!!!!ing my ankle I was doing 40-50 metre arm over arm pulls with my partners Ford Kuga car. I need the adrenaline buzz my counsellor says its part of bipolar traits and if it keeps me active this will keep me mentally strong.

Well my update for the day I have one more nightshift too go then I am off till Sunday. I am a part timer tonight I finish at 5am which is great. My collegues are annoying me quite abit the call centre environment is so facey hi how are you doing, then in the next breath knife in the back.

Money wise no survey earnings but I did drop 11.50 from topcashback I will update my signature in a tick. The money is going straight off an old credit card I have with 145 as a balance. My plan is to have shot of the card in 6weeks, then its onto my next debt.

Sorry Scott - I meant Jacobs not Evans - don't know where that came from unless it was the Evans clothes website!:D

You have made me feel exhausted again just reading your working out routine! And all kudos for keeping to the diet!

I hope you got to see your huskies. AND - won't be long till tomorrow night!

Hi Scott :o Thought i'd come over and check out your diary! Got myself in a bit of a muddle as couldn't find your thread originally... Somehow the - vs. _ really threw me! :rotfl:

    Yikes on the ankle!
My collegues are annoying me quite abit the call centre environment is so facey hi how are you doing, then in the next breath knife in the back.
I can second this! It's really weird... I'm lucky in the sense that I do have a couple of close work friends but people in other teams seem to always be talking about each other behind their backs and there's always some drama/ gossip and I really can't be bothered with all that!

  • Seasidegal I am not going to comment on my weekend antics lol but I have a few and so did my other we got really hot and sweaty on Saturday and Sunday. We went running both days lol ha harrrrrrrrrrrrrrr yeah I saw the huskies it was good to see the six big kids.

Thanks for popping in on my journal Lonelyrat, I don't post loads re my journal and its usually the cash I have made from surveys or work twists or saving tips. Can I ask how it was tricky to find??? Is it because of my previous user name ie the Scott_Weiland user name.

Re me today that's me done till tomorrow night on the work front. I was on idiot line at work last night and I had a night at work when I was sorting out other peoples mistakes paid the same amount of money as me. Its frustrating when people paid the same or more than me don't have a clue. Best example was a nugget on the team opposite to me who transferred by mistake 1500 quid to the wrong account for a client.

Re surveys I have another amount of money coming in I have dropped £10.56 from power of opinions, I also have 40quid coming in from one poll, and I dropped 11quid and some change cash back last week.

A money saving tip anyone considering a takeaway tonight with the England game being Barclays are doing a cashback offer 20percent on justeat!

Next little offer I have seen is a good one 48quid for nothing in a year

  • Ooh I didn't know you had a diary I'm sure I've looked before and it came up with nothing! Going to have a good old read now :p
Just trying to make up for past mistakes and work towards the future I want :hello:
  • Thanks for popping in Onedaysomeday x

Well re me a small update I was on telemonkey duty last night work was very quiet so I had a nice night earning extra pennies while get paid by one of the big 4 banks. I pushed a few survey accounts abit nearer.

Work was horrendous its hard to keep quiet at time when people are !!!!!ing constantly. At work in our night shift contract we have to work 13 extra shifts over the course of the year people have majorly took the Michael should I say and some people haven't even work one extra day. Net result the managers have kicked off and they are now dictating the extras days we have to work. I love how work life balance goes out the window when it suits the company, or when mental health and wellbeing goes out the window.
gerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr everyone at work was going nuts but hay ho peoples own fault i am trying to stay Switzerland but its so hard.
  • Yay just done my first prolific academic survey in days its about bloody time lol

Heading to bed after nightshift have a good day everyone
