No, I don't blame you for not wanting him to travel across London on his own. I wouldn't either. Enjoy the time with your boy when it comes!

power of opinions i am getting 1-2 short surveys a day and i am not far away.

On a personal level i am okay in my self mentally but i am seeing an osteopath every fortnight to treat an old back injury 25quid per fortnight boooooooooo. I was in a motorbike accident in the past and i have treatment for mild curvature of the spine due to a vertebrae injury. I jarred something when out running the other day and have ever since had back pain which is horrendous, i knew this was coming but i saw an osteopath who confirmed what i thought but i have mild curvature of the spine. In the past i bust up two vertebrae quite bad and the consultant said down the line this was a possibility. Sadly my distance running days have had it :-(

Well my update for yesterday i am trying to stay positive but its blinking hard at the minute i am earning not bad money at the moment £1550 but its a case of in one hand and flys out the other.
I have dropped my DMP down 162 quid but i owe over £16000 at my current repayment rate its going to be 8 and a half years before i am free of it. The way my finances are at the minute i cant see me upping it anytime soon.

This month i have a bed to buy for my son easy 100-150quid.

I have a council tax bill to sort out which i need to get my butt in gear tomorrow morning online.

I have sorted Northumbrian Water who i was paying 5-10 a week too but i rang them this morning and they said i could pay 20 quid on payday then they would expect from aprils payment 45 per month to sort the bill/arrears.

On going osteopath treatment is going to cost me another 30quid on monday then another 30 on payday.

Survey money this week has come in handy 25 quid hit from Opinium Research on wednesday and i have clicked £7.50 from opinion outpost. I also received a cheque from the local metro/train provider for a fiver every little helps it pays to complain when trains are late!!

Some expenses are gone i did have a court fine to pay re something bloody stupid i travelled into work one day and totally forgot my travel card, i got issued a thing where i had a week to produce my travel document at the local travel office but idiot here totally forgot about it and i got a 200 penalty notice issued. Thats now all paid being paying 50 pm for the last few months.

I am on nights now for another 2hours and 45 mins yay then that's me finished until until Tuesday. Money wise i have a cheque clearing for 5pound, 50 still due off ugov, 44p off tc, and i have just dropped 2.50 into my account. I am still worried though and i am trying not to stress.

Scott could you not scour the secondhand sites and get your son a bed base off there and then a new mattress. There are ones on our local fb selling page for £30 quid hardly used. Just a thought to keep costs down.

Thanks to you my surveys are starting to get me towards payout .

Oh Scott that's carp about your ex cancelling on you - not surprised you're gutted.

Good work on getting the trains booked - I wonder whether Virgin will launch their cheap fare finder for the East Coast route eventually - that's great for finding the best options for the West Coast.

OnePoll seems to be going suspiciously well at the moment - I'm already back up to £9.45 on there which has come as a bit of a surprise.
