  • Bit of a nice surprise.
    Had a refund from electric company of £205.60 so all of it is going to debt !
    I wouldn't have had it anyway, so can't justify not using all of it on the debt pay down !

    We're in the same position almost.
    We did have 1 viewing....someone looking for a 3 bed...ours is a 2 bed.
