    Morning all!

#006 checking in with £1433.08/£10000 please muppets!

That takes me to 80% of total debt repaid!!! :D
Let’s just pretend I have not been alternately drowning in debt or only eating toast to try and pay it off for the last 20 years 😭
  • Morning all!

Another £218 paid today which wipes out another creditor! Just two left now.

So that makes my total #66 £1482/2889
  • Hi please can i join? I'm going to pay off (positive and i will do this!) £1500 overdraft and £900 next bill so £2400 in total. There will be more payments but these are the main 2 i want cleared by the end of the year.

    thank you!
  • His all
Well my monthly bits and bobs have gone out and interest (boohoo) has been added so I have my new total, which looks a bit rubbish but I have transferred some money onto 0% and so taking into acc fees etc it looks like I haven't made much progress but am v confident that I will reach my goal for the end of the year (fingers crossed)
Anyway #082 £709.74/£7000 I will get there and am more positive and focused now than I ever have been
Hope everyone else is keeping going
    Xx
    Jan 2025 £26561.43/£0. I want to clear £9000 this year (2025)

#057 popping by :hello: Haven't been able to get online for a while but I'm still plodding along.
    I'm now currently at £310.62/ £1,500

SLow progress, but Hopefully by April/May I'll have the credit union loan paid out then I can then focus on my credit card bill. :T

Doesn't look much at the moment to me but getting there slowly but surely.
    Pay all debt off by Christmas 2025 £815.45/£3,000£1 a day challenge 2025 - £180/£730 Declutter a bag a week in 2025 11/52Lose 25lb - 10/25lbs Read 1 book per week - 5/52Pay off credit card debt 18%/100%
  • Don't know how to count this months payments as we have took a consolidation loan out to pay everything off. I have had really mixed feelings about this but have been fruitlessly trying to get rid of the cards for years now - this way I can close the accounts and that will force us to live within our means. In theory the loan is going to cost us more but if it actually works then I think the reality is that it will potentially save us money and help us to escape the debt spiral.
