That's great to hear about not needing to peel BNS :j I just made a pot of it to try it out and it came out lovely with lots of flavour. (I softened a chopped onion in some bacon fat that was left in a pan, and some butter. I added a tsp of ground ginger and 1/2 tsp gara masala, then added the roasted squash and some veg stock, simmered 5-10mins then blended. I made brownies at the same time and that was 45 minutes well spent!
I wish I'd known that when I was making pumpkin pie. It would have made the process much easier!
