If you are experienced as a bricky you will know how long all these jobs will take. You know what you want to earn so away you go.

If you are a builder and have no answers on these that is worrying, but go ask a bricky.

Nobody here can tell you the answer - too many variables including working drawings which supplement the B of Q. However only you will have seen these. Which begs a question - you have seem them?

Factor in where are you located in the country, what health and safety regime, disposal of waste, access, scaffolding and a host of unknowns. If you cannot come to terms with all this perhaps you should not be pricing the work?

I guess you are newly started up in business and need advice on pricing?

Although I'm sure you are pretty good at your job, if you want your business to develop, then maybe correctly typed text would create a better (more professional) impression??

    :)

    Need help with prising!

I'm Nearly started up business 22 years old and just wanted to know what people would charge for this prize work, I will be charging 25m2 for the re-pointing but I have to rake it all out first so should I just charge 1, 2 days labour for that

The total for all three from the Bill of Quantities is:-

Demolish existing wall and new one brick wall in facings 51.00 m2

Rake out and repoint brickwork 29.00 m2

Rebed brick on edge coping 118.00 m
