Help, lost on what I can do with a Currys refund

Hi
Venting as I don't know what I can do.
I ordered some items while living at Address A in September, to be delivered to a new property I was moving to at Address B. So card holder address was Address A, delivery address was Address B. We moved to address B in in October I paid mostly by gift card, topped up by card.
A month later we returned an item from that order. Currys said the refund had to be processed as a gift card and posted the gift card. At the time of processing the gift card, I told them I now lived at address B.
Guess what, they posted the gift card to Address A. I don't have access to it as I don't live there and the person living there hasn't got any of my post (why should they!)
Currys are being useless, saying there is nothing they can do, palming me off from department to department. I've tried numerous times and been passed to about 10 different departments. All useless. I've been cut off a few times.
I don't know what else I can do or who else I can contact
Kind regards

Why has the person now living there not got any of your post?
Did you not set up a redirection?
It makes sense that they return the refund to the billing address. Have you asked if they can cancel that card and you collect a new one from store with suitable ID?0 -
Royal Mail redirection would have most probably prevented the problem happening in the first place. How do you know the person living at A now doesn't have it if you have no access? I'd guess that in fact they do have it, and they've probably spent it by now.0

Contacting them using social media might be helpful.
You can either post on their wall or message them directly.
