Well this morning I set the alarm for 6am :eek: and the clocks sunrise woke me gently. I don't use the bleeper - I used a gentle tune on my phone. I felt much better this morning. In the summer I wake up no problem 6am but with the darker mornings, I am a right grump and take ages to wake up.Life is like a box of chocolates, ya never know what yer gonna get
