Utility Switch
Can anybody help please?
I tried to switch Gas and Electricity supplier, unfortunately an Erroneous Transfer happened and my change over did not happen. The ET is now all sorted and I am trying to change suppliers again but when I have done a comparison on here it is still saying that a "transfer is in progress". This is not the case so how can I change this?
