HSBC Switching Incentive Payment Query

I switched to HSBC at the start of November for the £150 switching payment but I absolutely hate their online banking. If I switch out of it will they take the £150 back?
I just opened 3 FlexDirects (between me and the wife) for the 5% but will get my wife to recommend me for a FlexAccount and do a full switch so we get £100 each. I will then do the same for her and another £100 each!
