bathroom redecoration

Hi Guys,

Where would you go for bathroom decoration and reburishment

I have taken everything out of the bathroom and want someone to come in , do tiling and new bath tub, basin and toilet .

is B&Q a wise choise?

what would you expect to pay for a room that is fairly small 2.3 by 1.7 meters?

I had few quotes for labour around 2k and think if B&Q does it for the same price and 0 % interest then will give it to them

B&Q won't do it it for £2k fitting. They'll subcontract the sort of people charging £2k and put a hefty mark up on that.

£2k is where I personally think bottom end of quality installations sit. What you want is a breakdown of the work anticipated. A proper bathroom fit is rarely a case of a straight replace and tile.

I've a friend who sub contracts to the sheds , usually fixed prices and they get on average £1500 for fitting inc materials

I'm yet to see a install even in there showroom that's to a decent standard !
