As a director of a Ltd business now dissolved - can I claim PPi from the bank loans we had with PPI. How long can I go back?

As director you can complain and there is no time limit (bar records existing). If your complaint is successful, they will make payment to the company. The company will need the bank account to be opened to receive it. This will involve companies house showing it as active and HMRC will also need to be notified that a receipt has been made to the company as they will want to charge corporation tax. The cost of doing all that may well make it ineffective to complain.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
