I've complied:-
I am writing to you appeal regarding ref: 99999999
On the day you highlight 25/10/2016 prior to leaving the car park there had been purchased a parking session for 12 hours for my car.
I had stayed within the car park less than 12 hours, this purchase was accepted by the ringgo app therefore I feel this charge should be cancelled.
Additionally you state prior to the letter in my possession dated 05/12/2016 that two letters were sent prior to this with lower charges. I can categorically state that no prior letters have been received and the only letter I have ever had from yourselves is the current one I refer to. Therefore I consider this letter in my possession to be the first correspondence from yourselves
Given my above points I request that the charge be cancelled and I request proof of postage of any previous correspondence to myself.
That's why to use the blue writing template appeal. Were you looking at the right sticky thread? Not 'POPLA Decisions'. You want the NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST' thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for the responses. Yep I'd been looking in the correct thread for newbies and had seen (but just wasn't sure if that was the template I was looking for):-

Dear Sirs
Re: PCN No. ....................
I challenge this 'PCN' as keeper of the car and I will complain to the landowner about the matter if it is not cancelled.
I believe that your signs fail the test of 'large lettering' and prominence, as established in ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis. Your unremarkable and obscure signs were not seen by the driver, are in very small print and the terms are not readable to drivers.
Further, I understand you do not own the car park and you have given me no information about your policy with the landowner or on site businesses, to cancel such a charge. So please supply that policy as required under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You have omitted clear information about the process for complaints including a geographical address of the landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. You must either rely on the POFA 2012 and offer me a POPLA code, or cancel the charge.
I have kept proof of submission of this appeal and look forward to your reply.

Hi Andrew, may I ask how you got on? I now have a court date with Minster and I'd appreciate knowing how everyone deals with them! Hope this message finds you well, Sarah.0

Send him a PM, he hasn't visited the forum for almost 6 weeks. He'll get an email to tell him you're trying to make contact. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Hi all
I had the exact same letter from MB that AndrewD1867 has posted above. It came 2 days ago and is definitely the only letter I have received from this company.
Yesterday I emailed them the blue template letter from the Newbies section but today received the following reply from MB:
Good Morning,
Thank you for your recent correspondence.
However, please be aware that the deadline to appeal the charge has passed. Driver’s are afforded 28 days to appeal from the date when the NTK is issued. We are therefore not processing this submission as an appeal.
Kind Regards,
Amelia
Minster Baywatch Team
As this is the only letter I have received from MB how am I supposed to appeal within the 28 day window?
Any additional advice would be appreciated .
