Did you not check the terms before signing up to the Regular Saver?

Yes I did, the account in question is the Access Saver Account that they moved the money into. Or should I say Limited Access Account.

    Thank you for the reply.
 Can anyone explain to me how to put a signature here?

I went to the branch to close the accounts, their loss, I have more then doubled my interest rate elsewhere.
So you went from the Regular Savings account at 1.75% to the Instant Access Saver Issue 4 at 0.25% and have more than doubled it, bit of a result then :)

Have you had a look at Top Savings Accounts at the top of the page, you can get up to 5% with some current accounts
