Finally another round of mortgage over payments made - January has been a really long month. Managed to keep to the same level of over payments this month:

#2 Feb OP = £549.81 2017 TOTAL = £1,099.62 / £7,000

I'm so sorry! I somehow unsubscribed myself from this thread so was just assuming it was quiet and people weren't posting any more updates until the 1st. Then I went to check yesterday and saw loads of replies.

Ours are almost to £1,100 in capital reduction from regular payments, it's really encouraging to see it go down quicker and quicker each month.
