Finally another round of mortgage over payments made - January has been a really long month. Managed to keep to the same level of over payments this month:
#2 Feb OP = £549.81 2017 TOTAL = £1,099.62 / £7,000LBM- June 2009 - 15 year plan started, Dec 2018 - time to review & refocus
SPC12 #33 £210. Xmas 2019 - #15 £365 / £365 ... PAYDBX 2019 #23: £0 / £3,400
MFW2019 #2: £6,999.67 / £8,000 MFiT-T5 start £95,352.52 - target £40k

Made a further £150 OP today so new total for Jan is £450 No: 78.

First 2017 over payment of £600 for # 67.
Realised that now my capital portion of my monthly payments has gone over £400, I'm now reducing by £1k every month - lovely watching it tick down. Progress!!!
Ours are almost to £1,100 in capital reduction from regular payments, it's really encouraging to see it go down quicker and quicker each month.0
