I would like to thank the John Lewis customer support team, for going over and above to
resolve an issue I had with a much needed appliance.
They sent a replacement out (expedited) within just over a day (Northern Ireland). Also picking up the faulty one on Monday.
The support team kept in constant correspondence to make sure everything worked out for me.
Well done :T
