See Ticket Woes

I bought 2 tickets from See Tickets in May to see Madness at the Barclaycard Arena on Saturday 17th December. I still haven't received them and See Tickets say they are waiting to receive them from the organiser. The venue says they have sent the tickets out. See Tickets claim they haven't got them as this 3rd party organiser hasn't provided them. Say say all they can do if they don't come within 48 hours of the concert is to send a list of names to the venue, but not until the evening of the event. This makes me very suspicious. I am getting the total run around with them. Worse case scenario, as I bought them with a credit card is my purchase covered for refund. This is so stressful and totally pants experience. I will never use See Tickets again!!! :eek:

Your credit card will cover you if See Tickets are unable to provide either your tickets or arrange access to the venue without a ticket, and don't provide a refund themselves. I think you can't claim until after the scheduled time of the event.

Depends on how much the tickets were, I would be very surprised if they were over £100 each. If they were that would be madness.

But a chargeback would still have a high probability of success.

Can you get etickets from them? I usually get etickets for most gigs or events, especially if it is through seetickets. I know it is nice to have the paper ticket to keep, but I find it is a pain having to go to the sorting office to collect them before work or in my lunch hour as they usually have to be signed for (and I am work when they arrive).
