Yesterday the checkout at WH Smith printed me a voucher for 25% discount off 2017 diaries along with my receipt............for full price on a 2017 diary. :wall:

I'm not really sure what your problem is, did you expect them to give you the discount before making the purchase? Or do you think that nobody in the whole world buys a 2017 diary on more than one occasion? If you don't want to use the voucher then put it in the recycling, problem solved.

It is the same as many other companies - including Amazon.
I purchase something and then started getting bombarded with emails trying to sell me what I have just purchased
