New boiler time..

Hi Guys,
Our Britony Combi 100 boiler needs replacing (we inherited it when we moved into this house).
Its a 3 bed link detached with 9 rads. We have plans to extend the house in 2 years or so - adding another bedroom and a new living room.
My instinct is to plan ahead and choose a boiler that will be powerful enough to serve the house with the future extension. Sound sensible?
I was thinking about getting with a Worcester Bosh boiler (no specific reason other than i've always had Bosch appliances) or Vaillant, can anyone recommend any specific models to look at?
Thanks
Rich

Are you happy with the hot water performance from your existing boiler ?
Do you plan on increasing the amount of hot water requirements in the next 10 yrs ie kids etc ?I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
We've had Vaillants pro 28 fitted to two houses (4 bed) we've lived in, great boilers and have been really reliable, they came with 7 years guarantees (I think they give 10 now?)

The current hot water performance does seem average at best. We plan to add an en suite bathroom and maybe an extra 4-5 extra rads when we extend the house in a couple of years.
