We bought the houses and refurbished and decorated them as required.
Yes fully compliant.
A few things I am not sure of regarding claiming tax relief.
Unfurnished:
Can I claim for the new laminate flooring and carpets we fitted/replaced?
Can I claim for replacing the kitchen units?
Can I claim for replacing the built-in appliances?

Yes to all, but not all against income tax.
Landlords can have to pay more than 10 types of tax, don't just worry about income tax.0 -
