What do I ask for?

My Gas and eleccy bill are very small, but I want to phone up Southern Electric and tell them to get it reduced as I don't use much. But what do I say?

My Last leccy bill was £23 and gas was £50, but I have standing charges I think it's called!!! Can I ask to get them removed?

Ebico and Atlantic are both part of Southern Electric and have tariffs without standing charge. Do a transfer.
I dealt with them recently and was treated fair. Ask for a D.D re-assessment and have your present readings to hand.

You would need to contact Ebico to get transferred to their tariff - they are not part of Southern but instead effectively a reseller.
