no I have upgraded from windows 3.1 to windows 3.11 and no new updates are available

neither its 64,000 bit, a huge improvement over windows 10.

There was a 256,000 bit option but that was approx £9 million. The perfect home PC if you had a spare 1/4 acre of air conditioned cupboard in your home.
