Zanuusi Washer/dryer fault?

I have a ZANUSSI WJD 1357S washer/dryer.
washer and dryer work but err and beeping sound come on intermitantly while the machine is running.
there are no fault codes displayed only the ERR flashes and the led lights on the display panel keep flashing.
any ideas?

Does it do that when washing or drying? I would first make sure I checked and cleaned, if necessary, every filter and accessible pump on the machine.
Otherwise, do you have a manual? Check online if not.
Perhaps you need to get the repairman in.0 -
Hi, thanks for the response. It has stopped doing it now. I think the program selection button was jammed hence the beeping and the led flashing through to different wash cycle settings.
