Is UKPC one of the parking companies which can be ignored?

Although the first photo identifies the car, the second one doesn't really, because it was at night and the glare/dazzle from the car's lights causes major problem with the photo.

Unless you're in Scotland or Northern Ireland, NO private parking company can be safely ignored. (If your forum profile location is correct then ALL private parking companies can be ignored).

Go to the main page for the motoring sub forum, scroll to the bottom, bottom right are the avatars for the motoring board guides, click on one, you'll see their reference page, on that is a send message box. Use that

The guy spends his life in the Mobiles and Techie stuff rooms only rarely strays into the motoring room so its not surprising he doesn't know about PPCs.

That comment was not related to PPCs ... one could reasonably expect someone who's been a forum member for almost 10 years to know how this forum works, ergo to know how to PM someone.
