Couple of warnings if you are buying for a gift for someone.
The price quoted does not include £20 insurance (unless you want to risk a £1500 excess)
A tactic more like a dodgy Malaga hire car company, than the premier British motor racing circuit in my opinion.
I booked my experience this week for Sunday, 3 times available 8.30, 9.35, and 12.00. I booked the early one so I would have the rest of the day with my girlfriend. As these things go, she now has to work, so thought I would see if i could change to the 12.00 if it was still available. Without even checking if it was, I was told by the operator that "you can't change - it's in our terms and conditions" it may well be, I wouldn't know, I got it as a gift.
Not exactly put me in the best mood to enjoy the experience, but I shall try! Hopefully they do a better job of running a motor racing circuit than they do of offering some sort of customer service.
To be clear, if i was phoning up to cancel a couple of days before the event, and try and rebook for the new year, I would fully understand, they aren't going to resell it this late in the day! But I was looking to swap a time on the same day - if they had space.

Unless it is damaged or discontinued - ignore any discount of over 25%

something you do not have to buy, although it may be foolish not to, and is written in the terms when you purchase the voucher.
Not sure what your complaint is, not poor customer service just because you dont get what you want.0 -
It's a warning, I wouldn't imagine that most people buying a gift for someone would want them to be potentially on the hook for £1,500, so may want to slip a £20.00 note in the envelope
This is after all the praise vent and warnings board...Unless it is damaged or discontinued - ignore any discount of over 25%0
