Guys thanks for the info.
Rawlhacker states it drives the condensation out, out where?
Does the damp end up in the loft/attic ? Our house is semi, but upside down, ie three bedrooms down below and living space above, it’s an old house, the problems we have is condensation in the bedrooms and associated mould on cold areas, clothes.

It looks an impressive kit, although I suppose prices have gone up, any ideas basic version for 3 bed property?

Check out the nuaire drimaster. Much cheaper than envirovent and Nuaire invented PIV so their kit works well. I’ve had one for around 3 years with no issues. Mine cost around £300 and i fittted myself.

Do you have any existing extractor fans?  These will allow air out even when they are not running (unless they have shutters).
