I don't think it's an unreasonable request for this board - travel books are often the starting point when we choose a holiday location. Perhaps a rephrasing of the subject to 'What books (of photography) inspire your travels?'
Can't comment on Spain, but for a world book, perhaps something like this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Destinations-Lifetime-Amazing-National-Geographic/dp/1426215649/ref=sr_1_5?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1481300009&sr=1-5&keywords=travel+photography+books0 -

Its a perfectly reasonable request for this board based on the readership, knowledge and scope and as said its often the start of an adventure."enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0 -
What about the Tim Peake book ?
Personally I've never seen the point of books just so that you can put them on show.0 -
