Is This Computer Any Good For Gaming?

Have been trying to get Transport Fever to work on the laptop but it's not doing it, so have found this computer for sale online and was going to buy it today if it's any good with the specs of it, but wanted to ask on here first.

the specs needed to run the game are:

OS: windows 7,8,10 64 bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0GHz
Memory: 4GB Ram
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 ATI Radeon HD 5670 1GB VRAM
Storage: 12GB space available


The specs of the computer that we found are:

Processor: AMD A10 6700 APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 3.70GHz
RAM: 10.00GB (9.19GB usable)
System: 64 bit
Windows 10
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740


Would this PC play the Transport Fever game above please?

The specs of the computer exceed the specs required so i would say yes


Do you mind me asking what price the pc is going for ?

May I ask who this is for and is it going to be used as a gaming machine that may be used in the future for more demanding titles ?

Me and my OH are going to get it this afternoon. It's mainly at the moment for the Transport Fever game but might have other games on in the future, but PCs are easier to upgrade than laptops which is why we were looking at a PC as none of our laptops will play the game. Yes it's going to be mainly a gaming machine.

So taking it this is a good one then for gaming and that Transport Fever game. We're booked in with the person to pick it up later just outside London just wanted to be sure.

For the price you are paying, you're not going to find much better. Yes in the future you can upgrade the graphics card however some future games may also require a more powerful CPU. It's all a question of price though.
