Reattribution of Inherited Estates - a SCAM!

Do you hold a 'with profits' policy with Norwich Union or the Pru? Norwich Union and the Pru are in negotiations with Policyholder Advocates about their plans to 'reattribute' their life policy INHERITED ESTATES or 'orphan assets'. Reattribution is basically another word for avoiding the FSA rules which superficially require companies to review their IE's annually and distribute any surplus 90:10 in favour of policy holders. Naturally the greedy companies don't like this, and want to offer scraps to policy holders so that they can get their hands on the money (£5Bn held by NU and £9Bn held by the Pru).
