2. Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of employees of Hampshire Fare (the promoter), Hampshire Cultural Trust and the King’s Head, Hursley, their families, agents and anyone else connected with the promotion.
3. Entries must be submitted using the form provided at Winchester City Museum or via Survey Monkey at the link below.
4. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be discarded. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete or illegible.
5. Draw closes at midnight on 31 December 2016.
6. The winner will be notified by telephone or email within 28 days of the closing date.
7. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into
8. To obtain details of the winner, please email info@hampshirefare.co.uk stating the name of the prize draw in the heading within four weeks of the closing date.
9. The prize will be an overnight stay for two with a three course meal at The King’s Head, Hursley. The prize does not include drinks. The prize must be taken by 30th June 2017 and cannot be booked during Christmas, Easter or on Valentine’s Day.
10. The prize is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value, and in exceptional circumstances to foreclose the promotion without notice.
11. The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
12. The promoter will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running the prize draw, unless otherwise stated in the entry details. By entering this prize draw, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
