Any hints,tips or Must do's when preparing a Mobile phone for sale?

Is a factory reset and sim removal usually enough?

    yes and if android , just leave at the start menu for the new owner to enter his gmail/google account

    If there is an SD card you may want to use ccleaner on a PC to wipe it or deleted data can be recovered.

    i would remove any sdcard. don't think it adds any value

  • My Samsung has internal memory which is partitioned as an 'sdcard', as well as a slot for an external SD card. If applicable then you will need to format the 'sdcard' as well.
